Charrette Journal call for EOIs

Charrette, the journal of the Association of Architectural Education (AAE), is seeking expressions of interest for an upcoming issue 'Beginning Architecture: Contextualising thresholds in architectural education.

Charrette is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that is published twice annually and welcomes contributions from practitioners and theorists who engage in innovative and significant architectural education research. The issue seeks to foreground the beginning stages of architectural education—including themes of information, entrepreneurship, experimentation and new curricula. Contributions are invited from teachers, mentors, and learners (past and present) that address one or more of the following areas as they relate to Beginning Architecture: access to information; necessity of entrepreneurship; experimentations in design thinking; and the development of new pedagogical models.

EOIs are due on 8 July. More information on the issue and submission details can be found here.
