The Higher Education Technology Agenda (THETA) Conference 2023

THETA is a biennial conference that aims to advance higher education and research by promoting the intelligent use of information technology. THETA brings together credible and visionary speakers to share progressive ideas and presentations about emerging trends and the possibilities of the future use of educational and information technology in higher education and research.

The Theme for THETA 2023 is 'Making Waves', which reflects the innovative practices that higher education practitioners can adopt to enhance student experiences and learning. The conference presentations and exhibitions will explore how information technology can be used innovatively in higher education to deliver truly unique and captivating experiences for both students and staff. The sub-themes include Online and multi-modal learning for equity students; Quality learning in the digital world; Testing Times; Dynamic delivery; and, Embracing disruption among many others. The conference will be held at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) from 16-19 April 2023.
