Applications are open for sessional teaching positions within the Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning in Semester 2 2019 and will close on Monday 27th of May 2019 (at 11:30pm).

Overview

The subjects open for applications for Sessional Tutors and Studio Leaders Position Descriptions are listed on the Faculty Work With Us website. The website also includes Position Descriptions for tutor and studio leader roles within the Faculty and the time of the application and selection process.

The subjects listed also link to a respective Handbook entry which provides subject descriptions and the name/contact details of the subject coordinator. Subject coordinators are responsible for the selection of sessional staff, and you will be notified of your application outcomes after the deadline. If you are interested, you must submit an application via the Casual Tutor Recruitment System CTRS Login Portal link. This is also the application system for studio leaders. Please note, we cannot accept applications via email.

Returning Applicants

If you have applied through the CTRS/SSRS system in the past, you should be able to use your current login details to access your existing account. However, before proceeding, the system will still require you to update your profile details (even if unchanged). As an additional requirement, you must input your current ‘Working With Children’ registration number or your application number, if you do not have registration number. If you have forgotten your password and log in details, please use the account retrieval link here. If you have used your University of Melbourne email address to apply and the email address is not active, or you may have linked your profile to it, you may not be able to log in so please email ssrs-abp@unimelb.edu.au
