• There is a current known issue in which Subject Coordinator roles may lose access to Canvas sites.
• This can happen if there is a mismatch between the listed subject coordinator in Student One and in Canvas.
• If this has happened to you or a member of your teaching team, please email Fernando Jativa (f.jativa@unimelb.edu.au) with specific details, and cc BEL+T (abp-belt@unimelb.edu.au)
• Learning Environments advises that to avoid losing access, senior tutors and/or others who are not listed in Student One as the subject coordinator should have an 'Instructor' role in Canvas.
• An Instructor role will have all the access rights of subject coordinators in Canvas, excepting adding others to the subject.
