Congratulations to Learning and Teaching Initiative recipients from ABP

Congratulations to our ABP colleagues who have been successful in round two of the University Learning and Teaching Initiative (LTI) scheme for 2020!

Seven applications from ABP staff were funded in this round - the largest number of successful projects for the faculty to date.

This call for LTI applications included three categories, two of which correspond to the FlexAP ‘online subjects’ activity stream as below:

  1. Wholly online subjects (FlexAP)
  2. Improving online learning quality (FlexAP)
  3. General learning and teaching

The successful ABP General learning and teaching projects are:

  • Xavier Cadorel, Adrian Chu, Nancy Samayoa and Andrea Pianelle, for their Virtual and Interactive Site Visit as Teaching and Assessment Tool for Inclusive and Flexible Learning project.
  • Stanislav Roudavski and Nancy Samayoa, for their Ecocentric Design Podcast project.
  • Geoffrey Browne, along with colleagues Helena Bender and Andrea Rawluk from Science, for their Developing sustainability soft skills learning modules for global leadership project.

The successful ABP Improving online learning quality projects are:

  • Kirsten Day, for Construction as Alchemy
  • Elek Pafka, for Land Use and Urban Design
  • Djordje Stojanovic, for Design Studio Epsilon, and
  • Wai Kin Tsui, for Designing Living Systems.
