Turnitin: Technical issues
Update on Turnitin technical issues this week.
There were several reports regarding problems with Turnitin this week:
- Students can't access plagiarism report and get an error instead "This file is still being processed by the plagiarism detection tool associated with the assignment. Please check back later to see the score."
- Subject coordinators cannot access the plagiarism report through SpeedGrader. Subject Coordinators might find a "resubmit to Turnitin" button, however, even if they click there are no changes.
This problem is affecting several faculties but it is not clear why some subjects are affected and not others. Learning Environments is in contact with Turnitin to solve this issue as soon as possible. We will update this news article with any further relevant information.
