The Australian Institute of Architects’ Graduate Prize Program provides encouragement and support for graduating architecture students as they embark on their professional careers. It involves the architect's professional association, the Institute and supporting architectural practices. The prize recognizes the successful balance between design, construction and practice excellence.

The aim of the prize is to:

  • Encourage a better understanding of becoming an architect
  • Promote a positive outlook regarding the profession's support for graduates
  • Promote registration
  • Involve practices in the training and professional development of graduates
  • Support the transition from education to the profession

This exhibition features all shortlisted students from each of the 4 architecture schools in Victoria - Monash University, Melbourne University, RMIT University and Deakin University.
