4 Ways of Seeing
Andrew Lee King Fun Gallery, Ground Floor, Melbourne School of Design
To celebrate the completion of the inaugural running of the Foundations of Design: Representation subject, this exhibition will display multimedia work produced by 1st year students of the new Bachelor of Design. The exhibition includes over 800 pieces of drawing and paper models showcasing the diversity of studio themes negotiated throughout the semester.
During the semester students drew a croissant, designed a new three-dimensional Mario World, built a transformed landscape of Tasmania using advanced digital tools, and graphically reinterpreted Venice within the symbolic heart of the University - the Old Quad.
