Land Use and Urban Design exhibition

The exhibition presents work-in-progress by master students from the subject Land Use and Urban Design. This year the subject is focused on urban codes as mediators between the conflicting desires that shape the city. The main task during the semester is to re-imagine possible futures for the inner-west of Melbourne, using urban codes as tools to guide urban development. Students are developing understandings of urban design by conducting multi-scalar spatial analysis and by exploring design scenarios enabled by different codes.
