Graduate research milestones are an essential process for successful completion of a graduate research degree. They are a formal discussion and assessment of the degree and are required to be completed to maintain enrolment.
Study Away allows you to undertake research-related activities such as fieldwork, attending conferences, attending classes or working with collaborators away from the University.
Human Research Ethics
Ethics approval is required for graduate students who plan to conduct research activities involving humans. Access to Themis Human Ethics Workbench will be disabled on Monday 5th October and replaced with a new innovative Infonetica Ethics Review Manager (ERM) system. On 6 October, you will commence creating new human research ethics applications in Infonetica ERM.
Commencing graduate research students are required to undertake a research methods course in the first year of study.
