Located amongst other civic facilities to the south of Dimboola Road, the Green Community Precinct comprises an education centre, productive garden, and market.
The education facility aims to cater to the disadvantaged, the elderly, and people with disabilities in the local community by providing training in urban agriculture and related skills. The productive garden is used for practical training with produce grown being sold at the market on site, creating a supplementary income for the education centre.
