Urban Escape Farm
An urban farm and community hub south of Sunshine Station.
The Urban Escape Farm provides a community hub and urban farm nestled in the village of shops south of Sunshine Station. The urban farm is paired with a food market and provides produce for a café on site. The ground floor is primarily retail and arts space while the community facilities are located on the first floor. The building design is inspired by the old Sunshine Harvester Factory and material choice was influenced by sustainable technologies and the surrounding suburban context.
