Designed for mixed use, the Albion Station Hub includes a fresh produce market, community centre, commuter services, shops, and cafes. As well as providing better access to the train station, the Hub prioritises pedestrian and cyclist access, improving connectivity to the surrounding area. With a form based on connectivity and links to the surrounding neighbourhood, the Hub encourages community gatherings in its open space and shared facilities. Increased activity around the station increases the sense of safety when visiting or passing through.
