BEL+T Workshop - Teaching Induction

BEL+T is hosting an in-person Teaching Induction Workshop supporting evidence-informed teaching practice across ABP. Across two hours, participants will engage with the principles underpinning effective curriculum and pedagogy, including constructive alignment, learning design, the design and revision of learning activities, evidence of learning, feedback, and inclusive assessment. The session is structured around collaborative, applied tasks that connect these principles to participants' own teaching contexts.

The workshop is intended for new sessional tutors, and for teaching staff who completed the induction sessions more than two years ago. Non-sessional teaching staff across ABP are also welcome. Beyond its practical focus, the session offers a valuable opportunity to engage with colleagues and to strengthen our shared teaching community within the Faculty.
