Getting Critical About Critique in Higher Education

Abstract Deadline: 31 May 2024
Teaching in Higher Education: Critical Perspectives is seeking abstracts for a special issue that explores ideas of critique in research and teaching practice.
The central question for the issue is:
"How might the current planetary context, a multipolar worldview and/or associated epistemic shifts, change the meanings and import of the concept of critique for teaching and scholarly work in higher education?"
The role of critique has been the focus of much discussion around contemporary education in the built environments, including in the recent MSD lecture from Ana Miljacki titled 'Collective Repair'. If your teaching practice proposes new models and modes of critique and engagement this is an opportunity to disseminate your ideas and practice.
