Design and Public Life.
How does design shape the way we live together? This is the central question that runs through Rory Hyde’s work as a designer, curator, and writer. In this lecture, Hyde will present a number of curatorial and publication projects which address this question in different ways. Together, they show curatorship as a civic practice, and demonstrate the public responsibility of the museum today as a critical place to make sense of the world.
