COVID-19 has exposed residential markets to uncertainties that have kept pundits guessing its future. Even before the current crisis, many were choosing to rent over buy and this social shift is likely to be more pronounced in the future, particularly among millennials. Nerida Conisbee (Chief Economist, REA Group), Paul Lowe (State Sales Manager – Residential, Lendlease) and Mark Dawson (Director, Urbis) in conversation with Professor Piyush Tiwari will debate how residential markets will embrace these changes and what the future looks like post COVID-19.
