Portland is known for its good greening environment and comfortable climatic conditions. However, in order to cope with the growing population and avoid the urban sprawl, the urban density and building heights continue to grow, which led to led to ecological destruction, decline of the quality of green space. Part of the green spaces are squeezed out. How to maintain the city’s original green ecosystem, promote people’s access to green equality, and add volume for people to live in Portland is our design initiative. The green space can not only be confined to two-dimensional planes, If they are dismantled and reorganized, a green connected channel and active space can be constructed in multi-dimensional space. Combining with the composition of various living spaces, it improves land utilization and enriches the diversity of space.
