Urban Wildlife Park: A Unique Australian Experience

Often the people of Australia take little notice of the natural world around them, and the true beauty that exists within this ancient land. My proposed urban wildlife park in Galada Avenue Reserve aims to create a landscape that displays the bright, vivid colours and diversity of native Australian flora and fauna, allowing people to understand that we must respect and appreciate the land we live on, for it is truly extraordinary.

Using the Superb Fairy Wren and Botany Bay Weevil as the primary clients and basis for design, I have incorporated an abundant use of colourful native plants and flowers to both visually engage the public whilst providing countless benefits to the biodiversity of the region. Certain areas of the park are specifically designed to accommodate for the habitation of the Superb Fairy Wren and Botany Bay Weevil, providing the perfect environment for these wonderfully vibrant native animals to thrive, whilst also giving the visitors the opportunity to experience this beautiful wildlife up close.
