Transcending Life and Death, Hortus of Karasses looks at the anthropological phenomenology of the old and young, communing through time on a budget.

By proposing for retirees as well as new nesters, the interrogative thematic revolve around the triadic keys of allocative budgeting; social connectivity; and household and programmatic options. Ipso facto from the 2 initial groups; Constrained Retirees (future downsizers) and New Nesters (future upsizers), a third group organically unfolds within the households.

Our challenge henceforth is not only about the provisions of equitable housing solutions and the pragmatics of the dwelling narrative. Rather, to compose an enduring environment fit for two initial age groups to coexist, and an environment for our community to together, narrate the provisions of dwelling through solutions of the pragmatics on the emotive.
