“Withering”
The building industry produced a lot of construction waste each year. And changing needs require the adaptability and flexibility of the built environment. Considering the entire life cycle of a skyscraper could have a massive impact on the amount of waste generated. The proposal will design for the skyscraper form's disassembly and create a detachable skyscraper through modular designs and design for deconstruction to help cities adapt to the future's conditions.
