As a visiting scholar in 2017 Dr Borah undertook a series of activities in teaching and research for developing capacities in Construction Management practices in Assam.

During his visit in 2017, Dr Baishya undertook a series of activities in teaching and research focusing on the infrastructure planning and development in Assam.
Dr. Jayanta Pathak
Dr Pathak developed three state of the art subjects for the new Construction Management program at Assam Engineering College, namely: Building Regulation; Contract Management; and 3R in Construction.
