Art, Education and Recreation Precinct

This project transforms the Broadmeadows town hall into a centre celebrating the diverse cultures of Broadmeadows and providing a platform for innovation in the creative arts with spaces a resources scaled to the needs of current community groups. The main approach axis from Pascoe Vale road is transformed into a large urban garden that frames the original building to communicate the importance of this urban creative centre.
