Culture and Creative Arts Centre

Adapting the existing structure, with additional extensions, previous facilities are reintroduced while creating and accommodating new amenity. The improved modifications intend to promote the creative and performing arts of the culturally diverse local community. A Mosque is provided for the growing Islamic population of the area. Sustainable technologies are integrated into the building with a community garden that aims to bring together traditionally segregated parts of the community.
