Inventory Incubators

Working + living hub / productive garden.

This project takes the cul-de-sac to an imaginative place for a research, living, and exchange incubator. Cul-de-sacs, usually a little separate to the rest of the suburb, become places of activity and food production, ripping up the asphalt & planting crops for food with greenhouses and pergolas. A shared bike path runs around the edge, with places for pedestrians to sit and meet outdoors. Front yards, driveways and garages become an opportunity for new interactions and even productive businesses.
