Sophie Jackson is a research assistant with an interest in sustainable food systems. She has Bachelor of Communication (Professional Communication) from RMIT and has recently completed a Master of Environment at the University of Melbourne. Her Masters thesis focused on exploring the changing media landscape around meat production and consumption. She is also currently working with the Fair Food Challenge, an organisation empowering university communities to build fair, healthy and accessible food systems.
