Biography
Zhiyuan Li is a PhD candidate in Property and Economic Development in the Melbourne School of Design, Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning, supervised by Dr. Julie Tian Miao. In 2019, Zhiyuan got Master of Economics in Property Economics and Management in Renmin University of China with National scholarship for graduate students.
Zhiyuan’s research interests include housing markets, development and management, housing affordability and planning and the built environment of the knowledge economy. Zhiyuan is conducting PhD research on housing affordability for knowledge workers in Beijing’s science park. His research aims to examine the knowledge workers’ housing affordability situation and its influence on knowledge workers’ productivity
