Safety regulations on Parisian circus acts have tightened over the beginning of the 21st century. Raw technical skill is being substituted for visual and audio theatrical effects, resulting in the disappearance of adept and brave performers.

Ministry of Thrill explores verticality and concealment through formal, materials and programmatic responses. It provides a place to empower a community of past circus masters: The Ringmaster, The Acrobat Master and The Lion Tamer. These Suspense Apostles believe that heavy reliance on technology leads to mediocrity in contemporary circus.

The Ministry provides a platform to preach and spread the faith of thrill and danger.
