As the site is located at the node of industrial and residential area, the design concept of the project, data centre, is to create a welcoming environment for residents and to embrace the identity of data centre at same time. The building is not restricted to regular form but free in overall configuration and can satisfy with core functions of data centre. By incorporating with greenhouse, swimming pool and passive building designs, the data centre is designed to deal with challenges of high energy consumption and waste heat. Under the conditions of meeting the fundamental engineering building design, the data centre is also designed in an aesthetic way that is pleasing to both residents and staffs.
