The heat generated by data centres represents a huge potential of unused energy that could be explored further. This project explores the potential of a future data centre in many ways. The relationship between the community and the data centre can be revaluated. The waste heat produced by the data centre can be used for heated swimming pool, and sports hall which opens to the residents nearby. Greenhouse and urban farming are other solutions for the data centre waste heat. The frame is the key concept of this project since ventilation is essential for the data centre’s equipment. The separate buildings connect by frame elements.
