Each year high-achieving students may elect to undertake the Landscape Architecture Design Thesis as an individually supervised design investigation. These four projects cross diverse topics and geographies, ranging from the challenge of representing more recent waves of immigration in older Melbourne cemeteries, developing 'on-ground' walking experiences in the dense urban fabric of Hong Kong Island, maximising the potentials of farm dams for fresh water capture in rural Western Australia and developing a new tourist experience in the Snowy River national park.
