According to a 2019 report by Record Union, about 73% of independent music producers suffer from mental illness, with the younger generation suffering the most. There are various reasons for this phenomenon, among which the main reasons are fear of failure, loneliness, and financial instability. In this situation, Incubator House aims to bring early-stage music producers of different types of music together and prevent them from developing mental illness, by providing psychosocial support, inspirational support, and functional support. Different from traditional houses, the ground floor of the building is a shared space, creating a shared living model and eliminating social barriers. Living units and shared spaces are distributed on different floors, providing a good transition between private and public spaces. The symmetrical architectural layout creates a central public space that can be used for performance space, casual private gatherings and event space.
