We will weave an inclusive social justice agenda through our research, teaching, culture, and operations.
This includes identifying processes that create social injustice for marginalised communities, researching and supporting approaches that create positive change and helping to create places and spaces that are welcoming and safe for all. It means developing critical perspectives on race, gender and privilege across all activities, including our research, and ensuring the focus and practice of our research fosters inclusion for all.
