MSD Peer Mentoring Program
The MSD Peer Mentoring Program is an opportunity for students commencing a graduate coursework degree in the Melbourne School of Design to get in touch with later-year MSD students. You can ask them questions, gain insights and share your experiences of navigating through the first few weeks of uni. In your mentor group, you will learn important information about University life and get to know the other members of your group.
After you meet with your mentor, you will go with your group around campus on an Amazing Race and a photograph challenge around the University for (really good) prizes! After this, students will be guided to the UMSU Winterfest with great activities and most importantly - free food!
Throughout the semester, your Peer Mentor will be in touch with you to catch up with you either in person or via Zoom.
Please note that we are unable to match up Peer Mentors and Mentees based on their degree or discipline.
So that we can match you to a Peer Mentor, you will need to REGISTER by 9am AEST Tuesday 19 July.
Date/Time: 11:00am, Wednesday 20 July
Location: Level 1 Atrium, Glyn Davis (MSD) Bldg
