The Peer Mentoring Program is an opportunity for students commencing a graduate coursework degree in the Melbourne School of Design (MSD) to get in touch with later-year MSD students. You can ask them questions, gain insights and share your experiences of navigating through the first few weeks of uni. In your mentor group, you will learn important information about University life and get to know the other members of your group.
After you meet with your mentor, you will go with your group around campus on an Amazing Race themed activity with a photo challenge around the University for great prizes!
Throughout the semester, your Peer Mentor will be in touch with you to catch up with you.
Please note that we are unable to match up Peer Mentors and Mentees based on their degree or discipline.
Date/Time: 10:00am, Thursday 26 February (NOTE: *Groups will be leaving the building for the Amazing Race at 10:20am, so do not be late or you may miss out on participating in the Peer Mentoring Program).
What to Bring: A drink bottle and your student ID card. As you will be walking outside during the Amazing race-themed activity, please dress for the weather.
Location: Level 1 Atrium, Glyn Davis (MSD) Bldg
