Master of Architecture/Master of Property

The Master of Architecture/Master of Property is ideal for students wanting to express their creativity while pursuing a commercial career.

Entry requirements
  1. Completion of an undergraduate degree, with a weighted average mark of at least 65%.
  2. Completion of at least one major in either Architecture or Property
  3. For students who completed an Architecture major;
  • a design portfolio in a format as specified by the Selection Committee; and
  • a personal statement outlining relevant prior study and work experience, and motivation to undertake the course;

4. For students who completed a Property major;

  • one design studio subject and one art/architecture/built environment/design history subject at undergraduate level, or equivalent.
